Before You Arrive

• Ensure you have completed your food choices and guest list using your booking link 5 days prior to your party. We will contact you to follow up if any details are missing.
• Additional food items and special requests can be made at this time and we will make every attempt to accommodate, but can not guarantee we will be able to cater for these.
• Where special requests can not be catered we will contact you to discuss possible alternate arrangements.
• Please note carers of the birthday child are responsible for all children attending the party that are not accompanied by their parents.
• Any siblings not included on the party list will be charged as general admission for their age.
• All party adults are free of charge.
• No food or drink is to be brought into the centre from outside. Exemptions made for medical reasons.
• All children and adults that wish to use the equipment must wear socks.
• For hygiene reasons we do not lend socks to customers, but do have socks for sale if required.

When You Arrive

• On entry you will be asked to finalise your account for the confirmed number of attendees and any platters ordered – there is a 1.65% surcharge on Visa, PayWave (includes savings accounts if card is tapped not inserted) and Mastercard transactions and a $0.30 surcharge for EFTPOS / savings if you insert the card. If you wish to avoid the surcharge we accept cash payment or you can request bank transfer details to make payment NO LESS THAN 48 HOURS PRIOR to the day of your party.
• It is important to note that you will be charged for all children on the final confirmed guest list even if they do not attend. If any of these guests do not attend we are happy to provide you a free return entry voucher.
