OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW…

 

*A $100 deposit for standard parties and after hours functions is required to confirm your booking, and must be paid within 3 days of booking.

ONCE DEPOSIT IS PAID – NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED!

*Invitations will only be collected upon deposit

*FULL payment must be made prior or after the party

* NO FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed to be brought in.

* We do cater for special dietary requirements – please ask staff for further information.

*NO CAKES are to be brought into the playland unless you have a pre-booked party.a

*All children & adults that wish to use the equipment MUST wear socks – NO EXCEPTIONS.

*No responsibility is taken for lost or stolen property.

*Party guest attendance forms must be returned on the Wednesday prior to your party booking. Once the guests list is received, cancellation of children is not permitted but you may interchange them with another guest. All children recorded on the guest attendance form will be billed to your account regardless of attendance.
